Digital studio, Bizerte

One studio, from the build to the traffic.

Digiloom Solutions works with businesses in Tunisia and abroad. The build, the content, and the search work run as one job here, so you brief one team instead of coordinating three suppliers who have never spoken to each other.

What we do

Three things, and they are meant to be bought together.

Each one stands alone if that is all you need. They work better together, because the site decides what the content can say, and the content decides what search has to work with.

01

Websites and web apps

Marketing sites, online shops, and custom applications, including the internal systems that run a restaurant floor, a school office, or a rental fleet day to day. Hosting stays in accounts registered to you, and the code is handed over at the end. You are never locked into us to make a change.

  • Design and build
  • Ecommerce
  • Web applications
  • Management systems
  • Maintenance

02

Social content

Photography, short video, and written posts produced on a schedule agreed before the month starts, so you know what is going out and when. Community management is available separately if you would rather not answer messages yourself.

  • Content calendar
  • Photo and video
  • Copywriting
  • Community management

03

Search and performance

The technical work that lets a site be found, content built around what people in your market actually type, and paid campaigns only where paying is the sensible answer. Reporting is written in sentences, not screenshots of a dashboard.

  • Technical SEO
  • Content strategy
  • Paid search and social
  • Analytics

Selected work

What we've built, without the names on it.

A few of the businesses we build for would rather keep their name off a portfolio page, so instead of a client list, here is what we actually built for them: real systems, running in real businesses, with the names left out at their request.

Client project, hospitality

A restaurant management system

Built for a restaurant group that wanted one system instead of a till, a paper order pad, and a spreadsheet for stock. It runs the floor and the back office from the same screen.

  • Table & order management
  • Kitchen display routing
  • Ingredient stock
  • Staff shifts
  • Multi-branch reporting

Client project, education

A private school management system

Built for a private school that was still tracking grades and attendance on paper. It now runs admissions, classes, and billing in one place, with a separate view for parents.

  • Admissions & enrollment
  • Grades & attendance
  • Timetables
  • Tuition billing
  • Parent portal

Client project, hospitality

A coffee shop management system

Built for a coffee shop chain that needed the till, the loyalty program, and the ingredient stock to agree with each other across more than one location.

  • Point of sale
  • Loyalty & rewards
  • Ingredient-level stock
  • Multi-location reporting
  • Staff scheduling

Client project, mobility

A car rental management system

Built for a car rental business that was booking cars over WhatsApp and tracking mileage in a notebook. It now runs the fleet, the bookings, and the contracts from one calendar.

  • Fleet & availability
  • Booking calendar
  • Contract generation
  • Maintenance tracking
  • Invoicing & deposits

These four are representative, not the whole list: we've also built smaller tools for retail and service businesses that wanted to stop running things out of spreadsheets and group chats. If yours is one of them, say so in the message below.

How we work

Here is exactly how a project runs.

Every project above, named or not, went through the same four steps. This is what to expect if yours is next, and you can hold us to it.

01

We start with the problem, not the deliverable

A first conversation about what is actually costing you time or money. If the answer turns out not to be a new website, we will say so, and we will tell you what we think it is instead.

02

You get a written scope before anything starts

What is included, what is not, what it costs, and what we need from you. If the scope changes later, that is a conversation and a new number, never a surprise on the invoice.

03

You see the work early, with your real content

Direction goes in front of you in real layouts using your own words and images, not a mood board. Revisions happen at this stage, where changing your mind is cheap.

04

You own what we make

Code, accounts, domains, and source files end up in your name. If you want us to keep running things afterwards, that is a separate arrangement you can end whenever it stops being worth it.

Start a project

Tell us what is not working.

A few lines is enough to start. Say what the business does and what is getting in the way, and we will come back with what we think, whether or not it turns into a project.

What do you need? (optional)

What happens next: the message reaches us by email, a person reads it, and you get a reply from a person. We use what you send only to answer you, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can also write to digiloom.solutions@gmail.com directly.
